What affects cardiovascular risk for patients on ADT?

Here is another paper built upon the SEER database, with a sample size of over 50,000 men diagnosed with localized prostate cancer between 1992 and 2007.

As noted before, the risk of sudden cardiac death increases for men who are on ADT for the longest time and with otherwise good life expectance. One interesting side finding was that orchiectomy appears to be somewhat cardio-protective.
