This is the latest paper on the benefits of exercise for patients on ADT. This study aimed to find the best exercise program; i.e., the one that benefitted patients most yet would be complied by the most patients. The focus was on avoiding “metabolic syndrome”, which is the suite of features linked to increased risk of cardiovascular disease. The authors are testing out a 12-week resistance training program as a randomized clinical trial (i.e., the best type of study). We await the results.
