Commentary: Our blog item today is not about a paper but rather about a product. We have recently learned about the Chillow cool pillow from a patient who said that it helps him sleep better at night. It may in fact make nocturnal hot flashes more manageable. We have not had experienced with the product ourselves. If others have used Chillow, please let us know what you think of the product.
